I am with BeSA program from Batch-1. BeSA team is awesome, sparing their weekend and other time for preparing the contents of Technical as well as Behavioral skills. Very good analogies by Ashish and awesome tips to improve behavioral skills to crack the interviews in Amazon by Prasad. Parna is also from Batch-1, she has learned a lot from BeSA sessions and these BeSA sessions are helped her to join in Amazon. Many people including me got the advantage of the sessions to enhance the AWS skills.

BeSA is a community dedicated to sharing AWS knowledge and experiences. Since its start in May 2022, we have been able to learn from Solutions Architects and Engineers at AWS through various sessions. The structure and content of each session are designed to be interesting and easy to follow. AWS concepts are explained using analogies or role plays, followed by specialized tracks, demos, and a behavioral track. In the behavioral track, important topics such as interviews and career advice are discussed. The community remains open to suggestions and continuously seeks improvement with each batch.

My journey with BeSA has been truly transformative. As someone transitioning from a non-IT background, BeSA provided the confidence and platform I needed to excel in the Cloud domain. The BeSA program has a significant effect in my learning journey toward AWS certification.
